👁️ VISUALIZATION

See Success Before It Happens

OBJECTIVE: to build confidence through visualizing success

People have a tendency to repeat bad past experiences over and over in their minds. Successful athletes visualize themselves succeeding regularly.

🎯Exercise 1: Daily Visualization Practice

Visualize yourself competing to the best of your ability and succeeding in a match each day this week for 10 minutes a day. Use all your senses and be sure to get that good feeling inside you. Remember to use your Confidence Anchor after each exercise.

Write a good time and place you will visualize success each day this week:

[ Your visualization schedule ]

Example: Every night at 9 PM in my bedroom before bed

💡 Visualization Tips:

  • • See yourself from your own eyes (first person perspective)
  • • Hear the sounds of the match (whistles, crowd, coach)
  • • Feel the physical sensations (contact, movement, breathing)
  • • Experience the emotions of success (confidence, joy, pride)
  • • Make it vivid and detailed - the more real, the more powerful

🎥Exercise 2: Watch Your Best Performances

Create a highlight video of yourself or watch a match you wrestled at or close to your best each day this week. Remember to use your Confidence Anchor after each exercise.

What video will you use:

Examples:

• State tournament finals - March 2023

• Highlight reel of best takedowns

• District championship match

• Pinning combination compilation

📝 Daily Video Schedule:

💡

SEE IT, BELIEVE IT, ACHIEVE IT!

Your brain doesn't know the difference between a vividly imagined experience and a real one. When you visualize success daily, you're programming your mind for victory. Combined with watching your best performances, you're creating a powerful success blueprint. Make this a daily habit and watch your confidence soar!
